Michael Savage

Mr. Michael L. Savage, 62, of Blytheville, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis.

Michael was born in Blytheville on Nov. 20, 1953, the son of Frank Savage and Hazel Dean Savage. He was educated in the Blytheville Public School system, attended Mississippi County Community College, was a veteran and a graduate of the Blytheville Cosmetology College. He also thoroughly enjoyed his work.

His parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Savage leaves one daughter, Mrs. Christina (Mycroft) Holmes of St. Anne, Mo.;

Two sons, Tracy (Venita) Royster and Steven Savage, both of Blytheville;

Two brothers, Terry (Sharon) Stevenson of North Little Rock and Randy Stevenson of Pasadena, Calif.;

Five grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Gospel Temple Church of God in Christ, 1108 David Lane. Elder Charles Thomas is the pastor and Elder Henry Davenport will officiate.
