Mary Sipes

Mary Linda Stigall Sipes, 67, of Gosnell, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016.

She was a retired employee of 18 years of Borg Warner. She loved spending time with her grand and great grandchildren. Prior to her illness, she loved to hunt, fish, and search the cotton fields for marbles.

She is proceeded in death by her husband of 35 years, Doyle Sipes; her parents, Rober and Avilou Stigall; a granddaughter, Jessica McGuire; a grandson-in-law, Nic McGuire; a great-granddaughter, Brinley McGuire; her sisters, Sue Wallace, Shirley Scott and Pauline Arnold; and her brothers, Roy Stigall and Billy Stigall.

She leaves her daughters and their husbands, Mar Lou and Kenny Herron, and Clarissa and Kevin Jones of Blytheville;

Her grandchildren, Tiffany Herron, Trey Herron, and Keith Jones;

Her great-grandchildren, Cadence, Payton, Aly-Lou, Mikey, Raylee and Karleigh;

Her siblings, Cody Fulghan of Delta, Louisiana, Huey and Wanda Stigall of Mountain Home; Betty Johnson of Bloomingdale, Michigan, Carolyn Littleford-Ballou of Mountain Home, Terrie and Mike Lawrence of Gainsville, Mo., and Ronnie Stigall of Mountain Home.

She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews, her church family at H.I.S. Minsitries, and may loving care givers at Gosnell Therapy and Living.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 6th at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Terri Brassfield officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
