Hundreds in county without power

At around 9 a.m. Friday, there were approximately 448 Entergy customers without power in the Blytheville area, and another 1,700 in Monette and Manila, according to Entergy spokesman Matt Faries.

"We're not at a point where we can make a prediction," when power will be restored, he said.

Meanwhile, according to Mississippi County Electric Cooperative's Brad Harrison, MCEC has scattered outages in the county.

Harrison said currently, there are about 75 Manila customers without power, approximately 20 in Gosnell and around 30 in the Hickman area.

Many who were without power last night have been restored.
