The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department.

Monday, Nov. 23

-- Police took a fraudulent use of a debit card report. The offender had a $16 transaction at Pizza Hut and $58 at Blytheville Waterworks.

-- Officers took a harassment report in the 1600 block of Chickasawba.

-- Police took a report of a Kawasaki Mule stolen from the Blytheville School District. The Mule was parked between the Field House and High School Gym.

-- Police arrested Pamela Thomas for allegedly shoplifting steaks at Hays Grocer on West Moultrie.

-- Officers took a report of a stolen cell phone in the 1000 block of Air Base Highway.

-- Police investigated a burglary in the 100 block of West Kentucky. A game console was missing.

-- Officers took a report of a stolen Labrador Retriever in the 200 block of South Franklin. The victim said the female offender came by the residence and took one of his seven weeks old full blooded Labs. When he told her to stop, she continued walking and his 3-year-old Lab followed her down the street.

-- Police took a fraudulent use of a debit card report. The offender used the victim's card to make an $89 payment at Rent-A-Center.

-- Officers took a terroristic threatening report in the 1300 block of Julia.

-- Police took a report of seven windows stolen from a house in the 800 block of West Ash. The home is currently being remodeled.

-- Police investigated a burglary at the Walker Park snack shack. Approximately $50 worth of candy was reported missing.
