The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department.
-- Officers took a report of a stolen Arkansas license plate in the 500 block of Stemac.
-- Police investigated a domestic assault in the 300 block of Dougan.
-- Officers arrested Pamela Smith on assault charges and resisting arrest, following an incident in the 100 block of Hollywood.
-- Police took a criminal mischief report in the 200 block of South Ruddle. The offender, who is reportedly the victim's ex-girlfriend, broke a window at the residence.
-- Police took a criminal mischief report in the 2200 block of Carolyn. The offender broke a window at the residence.
-- Police investigated a burglary in the 100 block of West Hardin.
-- Officers investigated a burglary in the 900 block of North Parkside. Missing were a purse, debit card, cell phone, checkbook, social security card, drivers license and lottery tickets. The offender apparently used the debit card at a local convenience store.
-- Police arrested LaFell Oliver, who allegedly shoplifted two CDs and beef jerky at Walmart.
-- Officers assisted with the investigation of a fire at 222 North 21st Street. The house was vacant.
-- Police took a harassment report in the 800 block of Mayfair.
-- Officers took a report of a stolen cell phone in the 800 block of South PJ James.
-- Police investigated a burglary in the 600 block of South Lilly. Missing were a television, gaming system and DVD player.
-- Police investigated a domestic assault in the 600 block of East Sawyer.
-- Officers took a criminal mischief report in the 2200 block of Marguerite. The victim's passenger side window was busted.
-- Police took a report of a stolen computer tablet and lunch cooler in the 200 block of South Ruddle.
-- Officers arrested Kimberly Gann on possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone) with intent to deliver.
