Bill Sadler, Public Information Officer for the Arkansas State Police denied the rumor that someone had been shot thus far in Tuesday's law enforcement sweep in Blytheville.

"Not true...there were no shots fired at any persons. There were some distraction devices that was used but no shots were fired," Sadler said.

A sweep was made in the early morning hours in Blytheville by 550 law enforcement officers, executing at least 70 arrest warrants.
