The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department.
Friday, July 31
-- Police investigated a burglary in the 500 block of South 16th. Reported missing were a television and gaming system.
-- Police investigated a robbery at Sycamore and 1st Street. The report said the offender held the victim against a car and took his wallet, which had approximately $200 in cash.
-- Officers took a report of a stolen cell phone in the 100 block of East Missouri.
-- Police took a report of a stolen license plate in the 100 block of South Porter Road.
-- Officers investigated an attempted robbery at Fairview Suites. An unknown black male apparently pointed a gun at an employee of the hotel. The employee screamed and ran from behind the counter, causing the offender to run from the area, the report said.
-- Police investigated a burglary in the 200 block of East Kentucky.
-- Officers investigated a burglary in the 2100 block of West Edwards Street. Missing were a television, $180 in cash, a gaming system and a shotgun.
-- Police took a report of a counterfeit $50 bill at Taco Bell on the South Service Road.
Saturday, Aug. 1
-- Police took a report of a stolen 2010 Nissan Altima in the 300 block of South Division. The vehicle was found in Lake Neark by the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office, according to the report.
-- Officers took a criminal mischief report in the 100 block of West Magnolia. The offender scratched the victim's vehicle and flattened her tires.
-- Police took a report of a stolen 2001 Chevy S-10 in the 1100 block of Elm Street.
-- Officers took a terroristic threatening report in the 1600 block of West Charlene Street.
-- Police arrested Tendka Thomas, 37, on domestic battery third.
-- Officers took a report of stolen earrings in the 900 block of West Hardin.
-- Police took a domestic battery report in the 800 block of North Delmar. According to the report, the juvenile offender hit his 7 months pregnant sister with a small piece of an aluminum pole and stomped and kicked her. The report said the victim had a laceration on the left side of her face and a small cut on her right arm. "She did not have any injuries on her stomach, however, she said that he did hit her in the stomach several times," the report said.
-- Police arrested Barbara McKemie on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of an instrument of a crime.
-- Officers cited Malaysia Aldridge, who allegedly shoplifted $4.94 in merchandise at Walmart.
-- Police chased a vehicle, whose driver stopped at the Dodge Store on South Division and fled on foot, escaping officers.
-- Officers investigated a battery in the 2300 block of Kenwood.
Sunday, Aug. 2
-- Police took a criminal mischief report at the Kroger gas station. The offender broke out glass on the soda cooler.
-- Police took a report of an offender leaving the scene of an accident, which occurred in the 200 block of South Franklin.
-- Police took a theft report in the 1000 block of West Walnut. A power washer was reported missing.
-- Officers cited Roselle Howell and Carol Hibbert for shoplifting $26.58 in clothes at Walmart.
-- Police took a criminal mischief report in the 800 block of North Franklin.
-- Officers took a battery report in the 2300 block of Kenwood. The offender threw bleach in the victim's face and hit him in the face with a plate.
Monday, Aug. 3
-- Police investigated a burglary in the 100 block of West Rose. Commercial kitchen appliances were reported missing.
