Rayburn Faulkner
Rayburn "Smiley" Faulkner, 68 of Caraway, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015. He was born Sept. 10, 1946, in Caraway to the late Ray and Helen Stone Faulkner. He was a lifelong farmer and cattleman. He was of the Baptist belief and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife Judy Faulkner; two daughters, Stacy Faulkner of Caraway and Kelli Bradfield and husband Toby of Portageville, Mo.; a sister and her husband, Myra and John Vail of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Taylor Bradfield, Railey Bradfield and Gray Bradfield; special friends, William Maulding of Caraway, Wayne and Terry Fires of Rivervale; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Joe Gestaut.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 30, at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Rick Stevens officiating under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.
Honored to serve as honorary pallbearers are Kyle Vaughn, Ronald Faulkner, Harvey E. Faulkner, Charles D. Faulkner, Wayne Fires and William Maulding.
