School elections slated for September

School districts in Blytheville will soon be holding their school board elections. Friday, July 10, ballot positions were drawn for school board candidates at the Osceola Courthouse.

The following are listed in order as to appear on the ballots:

For Osceola, in Zone 4 Randy Carney then Ollie Collins; Zone 5 Kathy Winston then Jacqueline Baker; Zone 6 Terry Cole then Torian R. Bell Sr.

For Blytheville in Zone 7, Erin Langston Carrington then Lori Hixson.

Early voting will be September 8-14 from 9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at the following polling places: Etowah Fire Station, Manila Depot, Gosnell Community Center, Armorel School Library, Mississippi County Blytheville Election Center and Osceola courthouse.

Elections will take place on September 15 from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Osceola Main Street Bingo Hall, Mississippi County Blytheville Election Center and Manila Depot.
