The Gosnell volunteer fire department worked to extinguish a residential blaze over the holiday weekend. On July 3, a fire was reported at 7:16 p.m. at 303 Bebble St. The cause of the fire remains a mystery. Many of the neighbors around the building noted there were fireworks being ignited around that neighborhood, but Fire Chief Jimmy Hogan disregards these claims as hearsay.
