Shellie Thomas

Shellie Thomas, 71, died Friday, May 8, 2015, at her home in Blytheville.

Mrs. Thomas leaves her husband, Millard Thomas;

Six daughters, Mildred English and Felicite Barns of Blytheville, Patricia Porter of Osceola, Mary Davis of Atlanta, and Mary Thomas and Janie Bell, both of Lansing, Mississippi;

Three sons, Danny Thomas of Blytheville, Miller Thomas of Lansing, Mississippi, and Vernell Burton of Detroit;

Two brothers, Sylvester Heard and Alex Heard, both of Blytheville; and

Seven grandchildren and host of great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at New Immanuel MB Church in Blytheville. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at Sandy Ridge in Burdette.

Funeral arrangements were made by Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in Blytheville.
