The Mississippi County Coalition for a Tobacco Free Arkansas will be holding its 12th Annual "Saving the Lives of Arkansas Children" Banquet on April 10. The keynote speaker will be U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford.

The Mississippi County Coalition for a Tobacco Free Arkansas will be holding its 12th Annual "Saving the Lives of Arkansas Children" Banquet on April 10. The keynote speaker will be U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford.

Crawford serves on the agriculture and transportation/infrastructure committees in the House of Representatives. He also co-founded the Congressional Rice Caucus, Congressional Chicken Caucus, and the EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) Caucus.

During his first term in Congress, Crawford was honored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, Retire Safe, ASU's College of Agriculture and Technology, Farm Bureau Federation, the National Association of Manufacturing and the Rural Community Alliance.

The event will take place at 6 p.m. at the First MB Church on McHaney Drive. Tickets are $25, and can be purchased by calling 870-278-7253 or 870-824-0417.
