Bishop Randy Crenshaw and God's Holy Temple were awarded the inaugural Blytheville Police Department Crime Reduction Initiative Award for the work the church does with its "Stop the Violence" program, which began in 2010.

Bishop Randy Crenshaw and God's Holy Temple were awarded the inaugural Blytheville Police Department Crime Reduction Initiative Award for the work the church does with its "Stop the Violence" program, which began in 2010.

This award will be presented each year to community members, groups or organizations that initiate, develop or implement crime-fighting or crime reduction strategies or initiatives.

The presentation was made by BPD Chief Ross Thompson.
