The Nov. 4 general election results were certified Wednesday by the Mississippi County Election Commission, with no changes to the numbers as a result of Monday's recounts.
Commissioners also addressed an issue regarding poll workers in Keiser, and plan to send a new crew of workers in for the town's upcoming mayoral runoff.
In addition to Keiser, Osceola will have a runoff for its city council Ward 3 position, and Blytheville will have a mayoral runoff between Mayor James Sanders and City Councilman Tommy Abbott.
Early voting for all three runoffs will begin Tuesday, and run through Monday, Nov. 24. Early voting will be held in Blytheville at the Mississippi County Annex building; and for the Osceola and Keiser races, at the Osceola courthouse. Polls will be open from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday.
On election day, Nov. 25, all polling sites in the three cities will be open from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
