Cindy Miller named Monette Manor employee of the month

Cindy Miller was named Employee of the Month for August at Monette Manor. Miller has served as a certified nursing assistant at Monette Manor for three years.

She lives in Kennett, Mo., and enjoys spending time with her family, April Ramsdill, Victoria Ramsdill, Chrissy Ramsdill and seven grandkids.

Her hobbies include softball.

"I love my co-workers here," she said. "We work together as a team to give the best care we can possibly give to our residents. I enjoy coming in to put a smile on my residents' faces and to know I have done something good for someone."

She said Monette Manor is like a large family.
