Kimbrough, Fulks plan wedding

Genevieve West Kimbrough and Blake Alan Fulks, both of Little Rock, are planning an Oct. 4 wedding in Jonesboro.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bonnie and Jack Kimbrough of Jonesboro, and the granddaughter of the late Genevieve and Dallas Isenburg of Mountain Grove, Mo., and the late Helen and Glenn Kimbrough of Topeka, Kan.

She earned her bachelor of music in vocal performance from the University of Arkansas in 2011, and her master of music from the University of Tennesse in 2013. She is currently an actress and production intern with the Arkansas Children's Theatre. She is also a local opera singer and voice teacher.

The prospective groom is the son of Kim and Tim Fulks of Gosnell, and the grandson of Kathy Gunkel of Blytheville and the late John Gunkel, and Betty and Dulin Fulks of Gosnell.

He earned his bachelor of science from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011, and is currently a fourth-year medical student at UAMS. He is scheduled to graduate in May 2015 with a doctor of medicine.
