Rotary District 6150 Gov. Tim Bruner made his official visit to the Blytheville Rotary Club on Thursday.
Bruner, who is from Batesville, updated Rotarians on some of the projects the various clubs in the district perform throughout the year.
He addressed Rotary's key objective: ridding the world of polio.
Currently, polio remains in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria.
But Rotarians are working through obstacles to help eliminate the disease in those countries as well.
