Linel Ozell Kelley Sr.
Mr. Linel Ozell Kelley Sr., of Manila, died Sunday, May 25, 2014, at Manila Nursing Center.
Born in Mills Point, Texas, to the late Linel Kelley and Alma Walker Kelley, he was a member of the National Guard, a retired farmer and a member of Bassett Church of God.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Kelley; two grandchildren, Brandon Kelley and Michael Kelley; one sister, Jean Connell; two sons, Jerry Lynn Kelley and Monty Darrell Kelley; and two brothers, Larry Kelley and Levell Kelley.
He leaves behind two daughters, Sharon Reed of Manila and Marie Rustin of Gosnell;
Eight sons, Otho Franklin Kelley of Leachville, Jimmy Wayne Kelley of Luxora, Linel Ozell Kelley Jr. of Lepanto, Rodney Joe Kelley of Paducah, Ky., James Richard Kelley of Senath, Mo., Robert Lee Kelley of Holland, Mo., Rev. Glenn Joel Kelley Sr. of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., and Jackie Dewayne Kelley of Paragould;
One sister, Jewell Audrey Alley of Gosnell;
Three brothers, Lonnie Kelley of Blytheville, James "Buddy" Kelley of Jackson, Tenn., and Henry Harold Kelley of Lamesa, Calif.; and
Twenty-one grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2014, at the funeral home with Bro. James England and the Rev. Glenn Joel Kelley Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Dogwood Cemetery.
