ANC Job Fair attended by hundreds

Nearly 700 students and other job seekers participated in ANC's annual Job Fair on Thursday.

Dr. Bridget Shemwell, advising specialist for career and technical programs, said the space was near capacity with 51 employers representing a wide range of fields from health care to manufacturing.

Each year, the Job Fair provides ample opportunity for both employers and job seekers to connect.

People can even fill out applications on the spot.

Shemwell said this is one way that ANC promotes economic development in the area.
