Rita Ann Moore

Mrs. Rita Ann Moore, 77, of Leachville, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at the Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy. Born at Cardwell, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Gay Greer Baker and had been a Leachville resident for the past 60 years. She attended Cardwell High School and was of the Church of Christ faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Moore Sr.

Survivors include one son, John Moore Jr. of Monette;

One daughter, Sherry Hetler of Ward, Ark.;

One sister, Brenda Matheny of Leachville; and

Four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Leachville Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Hawkins officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until service time at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville. Guests may register at www.HowardFuneralService.com
