Recent reports from the Blytheville Police Department:
Lorina Turner, 29, of Blytheville, was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Frank Smith Jr., 40, of Blytheville, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
