Dunklin County coroner James Powell has made a positive identification in the fatal fire Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 2745 CR 645 in Dunklin County.
The victim has been identified as 58 year old Allan Clinton Rose of Paragould.
"Mr. Rose had gone to the residence to light a pilot light on a stove and had not been heard from since the time of the fire," Dunklin County sheriff Bob Holder said.
The fire was investigated by the Dunklin County Sheriff's Office, Hornersville Police Department, Hornersville Fire Department, Kennett Fire Department, Senath Fire Department and the Department of Public Safety fire unit from Sikeston, MO.
According to Holder, identification was made by using a surgical implant serial number found in the fire debris with the medical records of the victim.
