Photography exhibit going up at Ritz

Photographer Rigel Keffer is the Arts Council of Mississippi County's featured artist for the month of November at The Ritz Civic Center, located in downtown Blytheville.

With this month's photo gallery, which is her second to be shown at the Ritz, Rigel is continuing an adventurous year that has included taking improv and writing classes at The Second City in Chicago, getting her first tattoo and participating in her first 5K run. A published writer, she also sells crafts of her own design, artwork and photographs at www.winterlighthomestead.etsy.com.

Rigel has lived in Mississippi County since 2000, and her son, Eddie, attends Armorel High School.

The public is invited to attend an artist's reception from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at The Ritz Civic Center Gallery at 306 W. Main St. in Blytheville. For more information, call 870-762-1744.
