Rivercrest jumped to a 30-0 lead after the first quarter and coasted to a 44-6 victory over Manila in 3A-3 conference football action Friday night at Wilson.
Cecil Langston got the Colts on the board with 6:44 left in the opening quarter with a five yard touchdown run. Coy Chipman added the extra point for a 7-0 Rivercrest lead.
Kani Turner scored from three yards out before Tim Talley's six yard touchdown romp gave the Colts a 21-0 advantage at the 3:04 mark.
A safety by Dylan Henard increased the Colt lead to 23-0 before Langston struck again, galloping 23 yards to give Rivercrest a 30-0 advantage entering the second period.
Colt quarterback Devin Tittle scored on a 29-yard run to push the lead to 37-0 at the half.
Manila (0-8, 0-5 3A-3) got on the board when Jay Kulin barreled in from four yards out to cut the lead to 37-6.
Tracy Allen's seven yard scamper closed out the scoring for the Colts.
The Lions will return home to play host to Osceola Friday night. The Junior Lions will travel to Earle to close out the regular season against the Bulldogs.
