Recent reports from the Blytheville Police Department:
Charlene Rogers, 49, of Rutland, Ill., was taken into custody ad charged with public intoxication.
Franklin Harris, 26, of Osceola, was taken into custody for theft of motor fuel and obstruction of government operations.
Wade Chambers, 26, of Blytheville, and Kimberly Taylor, 21, of Blytheville, were taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
Willie J. Dalton, Jr., 30, of Blytheville, was taken into custody and charged with DWI (second offense), refusal to submit to BAC testing, driving on a suspended drivers license (ninth offense), fictitious tags, running a red light and resisting arrest.
