Police still seeking man in Goodwin case

Blytheville Police continue to ask for the public's help in locating Tevarius Tevon Green, who is wanted in connection with the July 7 murder of 26-year-old Daniel Goodwin.

Tuesday afternoon, Capt. Scott Adams said detectives are still trying to track down Green to question him about the case. Authorities have been searching for Green for the last week.

Green is wanted as a parole violator from Elkhart, Ind., according to Adams, the BPD Criminal Investigations Division commander. The 24-year-old Green is 5-foot-7, approximately 170 pounds and also goes by "Moon" or "Boogie."

"The Blytheville Police Department requests the assistance from the surrounding communities," Adams said recently. "Anyone with information regarding the homicide, or the location of Tevarius Tevon Green, is urged to contact the Blytheville Police Department at 870-763-4411 or call 911. Green should be considered armed and dangerous and citizens should not try to apprehend him."
