NEW MADRID COUNTY, Mo. -- An Indiana man lost his life after his motorcycle overturned, ejecting him around 8:30 a.m. Sunday at the 33.2 mile marker of Interstate 55. Michael E. Blinn, 50, of Winamac, Ind. was northbound on I-55, when his 2004 Harley Davidson ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Blinn was pronounced dead at the scene by New Madrid County coroner George Delisle at 8:52 a.m. Sunday...

NEW MADRID COUNTY, Mo. -- An Indiana man lost his life after his motorcycle overturned, ejecting him around 8:30 a.m. Sunday at the 33.2 mile marker of Interstate 55.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Michael E. Blinn, 50, of Winamac, Ind. was northbound on I-55, when his 2004 Harley Davidson ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Blinn was pronounced dead at the scene by New Madrid County coroner George Delisle at 8:52 a.m. Sunday.

His body is being held at the New Madrid County morgue in Portageville.

No other injuries were reported.
