The Mississippi County Farm Bureau met Wednesday to express its appreciation for the support the group received from state legislators on key issues during the most recent legislative session.

Sen. David Burnett, Rep. Monte Hodges and Rep. Wes Wagner were all recognized for their support on priority issues.

The three had a 100 percent voting record for Farm Bureau's areas of interest such as sales tax exemptions on utilities used for agriculture, grant funds for Arkansas students to attend out-of-state veterinary schools and many more.

Mississippi County was the only county in the state with that record.
