Jessie Lee Mosley
Mrs. Jessie Lee Mosley, 64, of Luxora, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, in Luxora. Born April 5, 1949, to Rosie Lee Woods of Luxora and the late Larris Mosley, she retired from the SMC Regional cafeteria and was a member of Zion Chapel in Luxora.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Mosley and Joe Mosley; and four sisters, Loistine Mosley, Evelyn Kuykendall, Margaret Woods and Theratha Woods.
Mrs. Mosley leaves one daughter, Tracy Birmingham of Luxora;
One son, Lamonte Potts of Luxora;
Ten sisters, Etter Patterson of Greensboro, S.C., Jewelene Hunter, Shirley Brown, Arlene Hunter, Essie Hunter, Jackie Hunter, Linda Hunter, Susan Hunter and Stephanie Hunter all of St. Louis, and Bessie Turner of Sioux City, Iowa;
Seven brothers, Douglas Woods of Blytheville, Hossie Woods of Milwaukee, Wis., Jerry Hunter, Clovis Hunter, Michael Hunter, Frank Hunter and Henry Hunter all of St. Louis; and
Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Zion Chapel in Luxora with the Rev. Melvin Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Luxora Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
