Students get close look at baby bobcat

Bob Tarter, of the Natural History Educational Company of the Mid-South, presented "Bebop" the bobcat to the first- and second-graders at Blytheville Primary School during their animal assembly Wednesday morning.

Tarter, who also presented similar shows to the Blytheville Middle School and Blytheville Intermediate School student body, told the children that although "Bebop" may look intimidating, at only 8 months old he is as playful as a kitten.
