Davis Lawn, NYS record wins

Youth baseball continued Tuesday night at the Blytheville Youth Sportsplex with some teams making their season debut.

Here's a look at some of the action.

ROOKIE LEAGUE

Davis Lawn Care 6,

Me and My Sister 2

Davis Lawn Care scored three in the first and three in the fourth and held on to beat Me and My Sister, 6-2, Tuesday night in Rookie League action.

Dillon Riley, Reid Shelton, Jason Shepard and Javyn Dalton scored runs for Davis Lawn Care.

Will Roberts and Costner Smith scored runs for Me and My Sister.

NYS 9, Crosskno Farms 2

Nucor-Yamato Steel exploded for five runs in the first on its way to a 9-2 win over Crosskno Farms.

NYS also scored one in each of the third and fourth innings and two in the top of the sixth.

Crosskno Farms scored all two of its runs in the bottom of the sixth.

Trey Fikes, Tru Walker, Markus Prude, Devan Spicer, Dylan Long and Levi Seward scored runs for NYS. Carter Hepler and Ryan Green scored runs for Crosskno Farms
