Recent reports from the Blytheville Police Department:
Gary Bruce Hardin, 37, of 1084 Highway 312, was arrested and charged with DWI, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, no driver's license, no insurance, no child restraint and speeding.
Linda Hardin, 35, of 1084 Highway 312, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
Pamela D. Cowley, 38, of 1601 W. Rose, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and refusal to submit to arrest.
