Kent E. Andrews Sr.

Mr. Kent E. Andrews Sr., 62, of Blytheville, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, in Blytheville. He was born to the late Howard Andrews and Tessie Bryant.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Kent E. Andrews Jr.; two sisters, Mary Lee Holt and Mattie Cunningham; and four brothers, Elviry Burtis, J.W. Andrews, Frank Andrews and Jerry Andrews.

Mr. Andrews leaves his wife, Rose Andrews, of Blytheville;

Four daughters, Latresse Andrews and Denise Martin of Blytheville, Felicia Steele of Jonesboro and Pamela Williams of Oklahoma City, Okla.;

One step-daughter, Yvette Anderson of Oakland, Calif.;

Two sons, Darrell Johnson of Chicago and Darren Andrews of Blytheville;

One sister, Juanita Holiday of Elkhart, Ind.; and

Eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens in Blytheville. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home.
