Cody Webb fired a five inning no-hitter, fanning 12, to lead Riverside to an 11-0 victory over Maynard Tuesday afternoon at Lake City. Webb (1-0) also banged out three hits to help his own cause. Ryan Mason drove in three runs for the Rebels while Dylan Wright added two RBIs.

Riverside also lost a pair of 2A-3 conference baseball games last week, dropping a 12-2 decision Wednesday afternoon at Marmaduke before losing 15-0 Thursday afternoon to Walnut Ridge at Lake City.

Jessie Haller belted a two-run homer and picked up the win on the mound in leading Marmaduke past Riverside in five innings. Haller went the distance, allowing three hits. Seth Farmer led the Greyhounds at the plate, going 3-3 with four RBIs. Haller finished 2-2 at the plate with three runs batted in.

Logan Meurer suffered the loss for Riverside. Ryan Mason had a hit and drove in two runs for the Rebels.

Hunter Flippo fired a shutout in the Bobcats' whitewash of the Rebels. Zach Crisler and Teague Phillips each had three hits and drove in three runs to lead Walnut Ridge at the plate. The win upped the Bobcats' record to 13-4 overall and 7-1 in 2A-3 conference play.

Kollin Stone (1-1) took the loss for Riverside, who dropped to 3-4 overall and 2-4 in 2A-3 conference play.

Morgan Fletcher and Ryan Mason had a hit apiece for the Rebels.

The Lady Rebels blasted EPC 18-4 Tuesday afternoon at Lepanto. Taylor Archer picked up the win, striking out eight Lady Warriors. Archer also banged out three hits and drove in three runs.

Lauren Weaver aided the Lady Rebel cause, going 2-3 while driving in a team high four runs on the day.
