State Representative Charolette Wagner recently announced the recipients of this year's GIF Funding - Community Enhancement Grants. Among the Mississippi County cities and towns receiving $3,000 each were Blytheville, Dell, Dyess, Etowah, Gosnell, Keiser, Leachville, Manila, and Osceola. Others receiving funding were: Mississippi County Judge - $500, The Haven of Northeast Arkansas - $500, Buffalo Island Veterans Memorial - $500, Melody Theater - $500, Manila Depot Museum - $500, Mississippi County Historical & Genealogical Society Museum - $500, Mississippi County Butterfly House - $2,000, Gosnell Police Department - $500, Mississippi County Boys and Girls Club - $500, Keiser Parks and Recreation - $454.
