Upon searching passenger Amy James of Lepanto, he found a small plastic baggie she was apparently hiding in her mouth, containing what field-tested for .4 grams of methamphetamine. A small piece of aluminum foil containing marijuana was found in the vehicle, having been dropped there by the defendant. Agents with the DTF executed a search warrant on 2113 Peabody St. in Blytheville. Investigators had received information that the man selling narcotics from that location went by Craig, however no last name could be attained at the time the search warrant was typed. Upon arrival at the address, Officer John Frazier saw a man walking away from the residence and knew him to be the defendant, Alfred Craig Walker, from previous arrests. Walker was ordered to get on the ground and complied. Upon search, bags of crack cocaine and marijuana and a large amount of currency was found on his person. Inside the home, officers located digital scales, sandwich baggies and a small baggie containing three suspected hydrocodone pills. Walker was charged with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (crack cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia (digital scales), possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor marijuana), and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (misdemeanor hydrocodone). He was set a $35,000 bond by Judge Shannon Langston.
