John Louis Bedford

Mr. John Louis Bedford, 54, of Blytheville, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, in Blytheville. Born Oct. 27, 1957, in Osceola, he was a retired factory worker and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Bedford Sr. and Virgie Morris Bedford; as well as his sister Linda Bedford and his brother Louis Bedford Jr.

Mr. Bedford leaves his grandmother, Hattie D. Morris of Osceola;

Four daughters, Kimberly and Nikita Bedford of Indianapolis, and Tavia and Brittany Bedford of Conyers;

Four sisters, Ruby Bedford Robinson of Detroit, Vessie Bedford Williams of Chesapeake, Mary Lee Thomas of Belleville, and Lisa Guy of Blytheville;

Two brothers, James Barner of Joiner and James Bedford of Blytheville; and

Six grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Carl Guy, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Prince of Peace Church. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
