Mr. Nathan Campbell III, 52, of Osceola, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at Manila Nursing Center.
He was a member of the United States Air Force, a factory worker, a member of Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Luxora and attended Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Debra Whiteside; two brothers, Alvin Mallard and Barron Campbell; one grandchild, Lajayla Clark.
He leaves behind his parents, Nathan Campbell Jr. of Luxora and Joyce Depriest of Osceola;
One daughter, Atchley Campbell of Little Rock;
Four sisters, Joyce Ann Hopkins and Ellen Louise Campbell of West Memphis and Mary Joyce Hunt and Bernice Campbell Smith of Luxora;
Five brothers, James Depriest of Luxora, Jimmy Depriest of Jonesboro, Ricy Campbell, Lloyd Campbell and Curtis Campbell of Osceola and;
Four grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. Friday at Zion Chapel MB Church in Luxora. Funeral services will follow with the Rev. Melvin Taylor officiating. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette.
