Beulah Spencer
Mrs. Beulah Spencer, 92, of Asheville, N.C., formerly of Manila, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, at the Pisgah Manor Health Care Center in Candler, N.C. Born in Myrtle, Miss., she was the daughter of the late John and Florence Tucker Perkins and had lived much of her life in St. Louis and Manila. She was the widow of Mr. Franklin Spencer and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Manila. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Gary Spencer.
She leaves a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Charlene Spencer of St. Louis;
A daughter and son-in-law, Anne and Richard Kinsland of Asheville, N.C.; and
Eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with the Rev. Richard Kinsland officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery.
