Sharon Denise James

Mrs. Sharon Denise James, 36, of Osceola, died of heart failure Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at her residence. Born April 12, 1975, in Osceola, she was a factory worker and a member of Promiseland Church of God in Christ in Osceola.

Mrs. James leaves her husband, Vandie Ray James of Luxora;

Her parents, Darnell and Mary Diggs of Memphis, and Dorothy Cannon of Osceola;

Her daughter, Kaylah Estell of Osceola;

Four sons, Kaylon Diggs, Quaylan Estell, Devandre James and Vandie Ray James Jr., all of Osceola;

Four sisters, Melody Mosley of Jonesboro, Yolanda Donald of Osceola, Pecolia Diggs of Arlington, and Shalonda Woodson of Marion; and

Four brothers, Marvell Cannon and Antonio Cannon, both of Osceola, and Darnell Diggs and Jason Diggs, both of Memphis.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Elder Johnny Moore, will take place at Promiseland Church of God in Christ in Osceola at 3 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola.
