Blytheville police arrested a Holland, Mo. man early Tuesday morning on several charges, including DWI, after he allegedly hit two parked cars at Great River Medical Center and shoved his wife out of the car at Car-Mac's.

Terry Len Lilly, 34, 107 Elm Street, Holland, Mo., was apparently seen driving away from Great River Medical Center around 2:37 a.m. Tuesday with his wife/the victim, Joey Lilly, who had recently left the hospital for injuries she said occurred when she fell out of a car, the police report said.

"We heard a noise while the car was exiting the hospital and observed the vehicle leave the parking lot without any lights and driving from one side of the road to the other," Lt. Charles Middlebrook wrote in his report.

Middlebrook stopped the white Ford Taurus at Sixth and Highland. He reported Terry Lilly appeared intoxicated, unsteady on his feet. The report noted the car's hood was damaged along with the windshield.

The report said Lilly had hit two parked cars earlier on the hospital parking lot.

"Also the wife began to cry and state that her husband actually pushed her out of the car at Car-Mac's while he was driving earlier, and hit her head in the windshield," the report said. "She didn't want to press charges but was scared."

According to Sgt. Kyle Lively's report, Terry Lilly said he took five Xanax pills prescribed by a doctor earlier in the night.
