Sept. 14

Steven Smith, 25, of Summerville, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Smith was also charged with criminal mischief for allegedly urinating in his jail cell.

John Henderson, 57, of 105 Denny St., was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and theft. Henderson was found by BPD officers with copper that he had allegedly stolen from the demolition area of the former Craig's Lubricants.

Officers responded to a call regarding burglary at a home on South Parkside. Items stolen include a Playstation 3 valued at $400, a PSP valued at $150, a laptop valued at $500, and $150 in coins. No fingerprints were located, and no suspects are known.

$5,000 in damages were reported from a home on Walker Street, which was broken into and ransacked. There are no known offenders.
