Patricia Carol Ainley

Patricia Carol Ainley, 60, of Jonesboro, Ark., died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011 at her home in Jonesboro after a battle with cancer. Born Jan. 31, 1951 at Rockford, Ill., she was the daughter of Robert and Arlene McMaster Gates and was a homemaker and caregiver.

She is survived by one son, Paul Ainley and wife Kathy of Rockford, Ill.; one daughter, Donna Gulliver and husband Mike of Cherokee Village, Ark.; her mother, Arlene Elizabeth Gates of Ash Flat, Ark.; six brothers, Terry Gates of Jones, Okla., Farrell Gates of Jonesboro, Jim Gates of Oklahoma, Kenny Gates, David Gates, and Brian Gates, all of Ash Flat, Arkansas; one sister, Kim Kahn of Ash Flat; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and a host of other family and friends.

Mrs. Ainley was preceded in death by her father, Robert Gates; a sister, Beverly Hankins; a son, Robbie Ainley, and her husband, Raymond Ainley.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the Agnos church of Christ in Agnos, Ark., with Mr. Jack Richardson officiating. The family will have a private family memorial service Wednesday, Aug. 17. The family has requested a private disposition with Faith Funeral Service of Manila in charge of arrangements.
