Recent reports from the Blytheville Police Department:
Joel Arriola, 45, of 1017 Holly was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of an instrument of crime and refusal to submit to arrest. Arriola was found lying on his back on the front porch of a residence on West Chickasawba.
Officers responded to a call in reference to theft of property at Faith Temple on West Rose. A vent, valued at $200, was taken in a believed attempt to gain entry to the building.
Joshua T. Brann, 22, of Fulton, Ky., was arrested and charged with second-degree DWI, refusal to submit to BAC testing and careless prohibited driving. Brann was pulled over by a BPD officer while allegedly driving recklessly on Main Street.
Employees at the Dodge Store on South Division reported theft of $85.48 in fuel. A white male driving a red Chevy Suburban pumped the fuel and drove away without paying.
Cassandra Scot, 49, of 108 E. Clinton Street, was arrested after being found in a physical altercation by BPD officers. Scot was charged with public intoxication and refusal to submit to arrest.
Innette Ware, 46, of 400 E. Walnut, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.
Brandon Clark, 30, of Ward Lane, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. Clark was also charged with criminal mischief after apparently tearing down a light fixture in a detox cell at the Blytheville Police Department.
