Buffalo Island Central School
BIC will open for classes Thursday, Aug. 18, at 7:55 a.m. The route buses will run at approximately the same time as last year. Bus routes will remain the same.
Lunches will be served each day. Prices are: paid lunch $2; reduced price lunches 40 cents; free lunches to those who qualify.
Breakfast will be served each day. Prices are: paid breakfast $1; reduced priced breakfast 30 cents; free breakfast to those who qualify.
For those students who ride shuttle buses or drive to school, arrangements have been made to feed them breakfast in their home communities.
Thursday, Aug. 18, will be a regular day of school. Shuttle buses will leave at 7:40 a.m. each day and classes will begin at 8 a.m. The school day will end at 3:15 p.m.
New students are encouraged to register at the principal's office any work day between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Manila
Manila School District will open the 2011-12 school year Monday, Aug. 15. Classes will begin at 8 a.m. and dismiss at 3:15 p.m.
The bus routes will remain the same as last year.
Lunch prices are $1.60 with reduced price 40 cents. Breakfast prices are $1 and reduced price 30 cents. Adult prices will be breakfast $1.50 and lunch $3.
Riverside
Riverside School District will open Monday, Aug. 15, with the first bell ringing at 7:55 a.m. Classes will begin at 8 a.m. and dismiss at 3:15 p.m.
Paid lunch prices have increased to $2.25. Breakfast prices are the same.
