A severe thunderstorm with damaging winds blew through Mississippi County Tuesday morning, leaving streets flooded and tree limbs down in its wake.
A tree limb blew into a circuit at the Elm Street power station in Blytheville, leaving around 430 residents without power.
According to Paul Brewster of Entergy Arkansas, all of Blytheville's power was restored by shortly after 9 a.m., but around 400 Mississippi County residents were still waiting on reconnection.
In Osceola, the west side of the city lost power for a short time, and the West Elementary school lost part of its roof.
