Alvin Leroy Warren

Mr. Alvin Leroy Warren, 61, of Little Rock, died Thursdya, May 19, 2011, in Little Rock. He was born April 2, 1951, in Luxora, to Joseph and Lillie Warren.

He was a teacher and a member of Zion Chapel in Luxora.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Joseph Warren Jr.

He leaves his wife, Sharon Charles Warren;

Two daughters, Jillian Warren of Pine Bluff and Andrea Guiden of Little Rock;

Three sons, Mark Warren of Luxora, Craig Warren of Trumann, and Michael (and Yolanda) Warren of Jonesboro;

Three sisters, Donna Carol Nelson of Jefferson City, Mo., Gwyneth Cloyd of Ellendale and Jackie Rhodes of Washinton, D.C.;

Three brothers, Marwin Warren of Little Rock, Bryan Baker of Memphis, and Cha'tom Warren of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; and

Five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Zion Chapel in Luxora with the Rev. Melvin N. Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
