Pearlie Ann Cannon

Ms. Pearlie Ann Cannon, 74, of Luxora, died Friday, May 13, 2011, in Osceola. She was born Dec. 11, 1936 in Scuba, Miss. She was a nurse's aide and a member of Grace Temple in Osceola.

She leaves six daughters, Alice Watkins, Joyce Cannon, Earnestine Cannon and Betty Cannon, all of Luxora, Karen Cannon of Osceola and Lisa Hall of Grand Prairie, Texas;

Five sons, Ricky Cannon of Luxora, Robert Cannon of Gosnell, Jimmy Cannon of Osceola, Malik Cannon of Nashville, Tenn., and Horace Cannon of Detroit, Mich.;

One sister, Fannie Robinson of East St. Louis, Ill.;

One brother, Jerry Williams of St. Louis, Mo.; and

Thirty-nine grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Osceola with the Rev. Billy Driver Sr. officiating.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola.
