Bondail Austin

Mr. Bondail Austin, 69, of Leachville, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2011, at his home. Born in Senath, Mo., he was the son of the late Shirel and Hazel Wiser Austin and was a lifelong Leachville resident. Mr. Austin was a retired machinist and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Leachville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Berneal Austin, Elden Carl Austin and Oneal Austin.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Donna Baldridge Austin of the home;

His son, Jeff Austin and his wife, Kristi, of Monette;

Two grandsons, Ryan Austin and Layne Austin of Monette;

Two brothers, Jerry Don Austin of Leachville and L.C. Austin of Monette;

Five sisters, Helen Poe of Monette, Melvadeen French of Jonesboro, Jearldean Tuck and Wanda Lowery, both of Valdosta, Ga., and Patricia Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with the Rev. Tom Newman and the Rev. Mark Wheeler officiating with interment in the Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will include Ralph Hunter, Ervin Sexton, Ed Young, Jackie Miller, Leon Swihart and Ronnie McFarland.
