Using 24-inch pipe, workers were making a 220-foot point repair Wednesday on sewer at Henley and 22nd streets.

The city of Blytheville has been bypass pumping, while making the repair.

No residents' sewer was out during the work.

Wastewater superintendent Kenneth Ellis expects the job to be completed Thursday afternoon.
